Y capacitor can be divided into Y1, Y2 based on the withstand voltage:

1. Y1 can withstand high voltage greater than 4-6KV DC voltage

2. Y2 can withstand high voltage greater than 3-5KV DC voltage.

3. Both X and Y capacitors are safe capacitors. The difference is that the X capacitor is connected to both ends of the input line to eliminate differential mode interference, and the Y capacitor is connected to the input line and ground to eliminate common-mode interference.
